Senior Building Services Engineer - 10799 Senior Building Services Engineer required to join one of Irelands largest Tier 1 contractors for a Hospital Project in Limerick. The successful candidate will be reporting directly into the MEP Sector Lead for the region. Responsibilities: Promote the use of Building Services Department Management Systems and Procedures, offering technical support and guidance for project delivery. Support the Building Services Value Proposition, ensuring alignment with the Business Units vision, values, and objectives. Assist in executing the Building Services Strategy Plan to meet Business Unit goals. Oversee MEP technical and commercial aspects of project bids in line with the company's Pre-Construction Manual. Provide guidance on tendering and awarding MEP packages per contract and procurement strategy. Ensure MEP teams assess temporary electrical requirements, including load and energy, following management system guidelines. Requirements 5 Years+ experience in a similar role. A degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering. Experience working for a Main Contractor would be beneficial. Experience working on Hospital Projects is desirable. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
