Role/ Department:
As a Senior Analyst in our Fund Services Centre Transfer Agency, you will play a critical role in ensuring that investor queries are handled efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with the team leader and quality function to support the team in meeting our quality and service level standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to investor queries via phone or email, ensuring that all queries are answered in line with department procedures.
- Be a subject matter expert and assist the team with handling complex queries, including escalated cases.
- Ensure that your own tasks and responsibilities are completed within the correct time scales.
- Attend and participate in team huddles and team meetings.
- Support the team leader in monitoring client-specific mailboxes and eGain to ensure that all queries are completed within the agreed service level.
- Act as a buddy/mentor to new team members, providing assistance and coaching to help them settle into the role.
- Support the improvement of quality through procedural reviews and enhancements.
- Monitor and report on various client queries, making recommendations to the team leader on procedure changes.
- Complete and send out the team's statistics or reports as requested.
Skills/ Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of client and investor servicing, as well as knowledge of fund administration and the regulatory environment. They will also have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
