Job Description

Senior Business Analyst, someone with a breadth of experience who has worked on large-scale projects within different Business Function's ( Human Resources, Finance, Payroll, IT, Operations, Procurement). In this Senior Business Analyst role you will work on large projects within these core business functions to develop a deep understanding its strategic goals and how it operates. You will work both independently across projects and as member of a project team to elicit and document business requirements and processes within projects to support the delivery of change, to the different Business Functions within this organisation. Salary / benefits :- DOE €75,000 - €90,000, including Health Insurance, Pension, Life Assurance, Income Protection, 30 days holidays Remote :- Fully remote, once based in Ireland, you MUST be available to travel to the UK for 1 day every quarter. EU Passport / Stamp 4 Skillset required for this Senior Business Analyst role Worked on at least 4 large projects as Senior Business Analyst These large projects would have worked with different business functions (HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, Operations Procurement) Worked as a Business Analyst in a Waterfall and Agile environments Detailed understanding of requirements gathering and process modelling approaches Demonstrable experience in stakeholder management and relationship building Familiarity with change and transformation Advantageous Experience of modelling processes using BPMN Line managed or mentored Business Analysts Demonstrable experience collaborating with stakeholders to shape a product roadmap. ISEB Business Analysis Modules and/or Diploma Agile certification Telecommuncations Work with stakeholders to help shape their roadmap and the projects that are required to deliver against their strategic goals. Work with sponsors to effectively shape and document the scope of a project during its initiation. Contribute to establishing best practice approach to Business Analysis. Lead workshops and interviews with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements. Translate into requirements (or user stories and acceptance criteria) to facilitate effective change. Work with the business to prioritise requirements (e.g. MoSCoW, or stack ranked backlog). Lead workshops and interviews with stakeholders to understand as-is and to-be processes. Document processes (typically using BPMN). Collaborate with other Business Analysts and Process Analysts to ensure clear interaction between processes. Supporting Go Live (as required) Produce Knowledge Articles, Training Material, and Work instructions. Support testing.
