We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst to join our team, with a strong background in financial services, to drive process improvements and digital transformations.

About the Job:

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for engaging with business users, understanding problem statements, and developing customer-driven solutions. You will work closely with product owners, development teams, and stakeholders to deliver process improvements and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with business users to understand problem statements and develop customer-driven solutions
• Interview product owners to understand as-is business processes and develop to-be processes
• Document process models and identify opportunities for improvement
• Map customer experience using tools like personas, customer journeys, etc.
• Analyze statistical data from business areas to support business cases for change
• Research and analyze best-in-class industry processes to support digitization and simplification of customer journeys
• Support the business in planning and designing digital strategies to drive customer retention and loyalty
• Bring industry experience and thought leadership to advise on trends, future operating models, and best-in-class journeys
• Develop a deep understanding of the business context and marketplace

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Services, ideally in the credit area
• Design thinking, ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations, communicate in a clear and non-ambiguous manner
• Experience in documenting business cases, business process modeling, and requirement elicitation through workshops
• Ability to manage projects from inception to delivery
• IT background with a solid grounding in technology
• Experience of working in both Agile and Waterfall SDLCs
• 2.1 or higher in a related discipline from an academic institution; Masters a plus
