Seeking a Business Analyst and Consultant with 6-15 years of experience in Payments domain to engage with clients across the Project Lifecycle.

Job Description
As a Business Analyst and Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Engaging with clients across the Project Lifecycle – Requirements gathering, Mapping processes, Solution architecture & Design through to development, UAT and deployment.
- Providing content leadership in working with clients to define solutions to their business requirements.
- Project managing delivery of agreed engagement outcomes for clients.
- Leading High Level Business & Project Review Meetings for Payments system modernization/transformation.
- Interacting with business stakeholders for requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, etc.
- Working with delivery / implementation teams to provide domain inputs and ensure delivery and implementation of proposed solutions.
- Translating business requirement documents to software requirement specifications.
- Reviewing test strategy & test specifications, assisting in functional testing and providing UAT/BAT support.
Key requirements include:
- 8+ years of Industry experience, having worked in Tier-1 IT organizations in BFSI domain with a focus on Payments Domain.
- Experience in Low Value Payments, High Value Payments, Cross Border Payments and key regulations & associated IT impacts, affecting the Payments market.
- Good understanding of the global Payments Landscape, associated instruments (Direct Debits/Direct Credits) and key players for both Retail & Wholesale payments.
- Ability to play a catalyst role between business and IT.
