Business Analyst in Financial Services
NTT DATA seeks a seasoned Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience in Financial Services, ideally in the credit area, to drive process improvements and digital transformation.
About the Role
- Engage with business users to understand problem statements and agree on engagement scope
- Interview product owners to develop customer-driven processes and document process models
- Map customer experiences using tools like personas and customer journeys
- Analyse statistical data to support business cases for change
- Research and analyse best-in-class industry processes to support digitization and simplification
- Develop digital strategies to encourage customer retention and loyalty
- Employ process modelling techniques to capture requirements
- Work with product owners and development teams to deliver process improvements

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Services, ideally in the credit area
- Design thinking and ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations
- Experience in documenting business cases, business process modelling, and requirement elicitation
- IT background with a solid grounding in technology
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall SDLCs
- 2.1 or higher in a related discipline from an academic institution; Masters a plus
