Business Analyst in Financial Services
NTT DATA seeks a seasoned Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience in Financial Services, ideally in the credit area, to drive process improvements and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with business users to understand problem statements and agree on engagement scope
- Interview product owners to develop customer-driven processes and document process models
- Map customer experiences using tools like personas and customer journeys
- Analyze statistical data to support business cases for change
- Research and analyze best-in-class industry processes to support digitization and simplification of customer journeys
- Develop digital strategies to encourage customer retention and loyalty
- Employ process modeling techniques to capture requirements
- Work with Product Owners and Development teams to deliver process improvements
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Services, ideally in the credit area
- Design thinking and ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations
- Experience in documenting business cases, business process modeling, and requirement elicitation
- IT background with a solid grounding in technology
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall SDLCs
