Job Summary: Digital Transformation Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team, responsible for driving business growth through innovative digital solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and own business user requirements, functional specifications, and business cases.
- Support the end-to-end digital process, from design to implementation, ensuring digital deliverables meet business requirements.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure proper design and meet business requirements.
- Plan, design, and implement mobile applications that meet business requirements.
- Analyze and specify new features and changes to existing features, including interface level requirements.
- Engage with business users to understand problem statements and agree on scope of engagement.
- Interview product owners to understand as-is business processes and develop customer-driven to-be processes.
- Document process models and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Map customer experience using tools like personas and customer journeys.
- Gather and analyze statistical data to support business case for change.
- Research and analyze best-in-class industry processes to support digitization and simplification of customer journeys.
- Support the Business in planning and designing digital strategies to encourage customer retention and loyalty.
- Bring industry experience and thought leadership to advise on trends, future operating models, and best-in-class journeys.
- Develop a deep understanding of the business context and marketplace.
- Employ process modeling techniques to capture requirements.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Experience working in relevant environments, such as Mobile/Digital change.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and creative skills to navigate complexity and rapid changes.
- Experience in UX prototyping to enhance user-centric design.
- Design thinking, ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations, and communicate in a clear and non-ambiguous manner.
- Experience of working in an FS advisory role, in a similar organization is a plus.
- Experience in documenting a business case, business process modeling, and requirement elicitation through workshops.
- Manage projects from inception through design to delivery.
- An IT background with a solid grounding in technology.
- Experience of working in both Agile and waterfall SDLCs.
- Communication, group dynamics, collaboration, and continuous improvement are core.
