Enterprise People are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a leading Dublin city-centre based client. (Hybrid) Reporting to the IT Applications Manager, the Senior Business Analyst will join the existing IT Applications team who are responsible for the delivery of a range of business & data related projects across our clients group of companies. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced business analyst to work on a broad range of interesting projects in the Insurance/Reinsurance space, where your skills will be applied across a wide array of disciplines including organisational change, business transformation and data analytics. The Senior Business Analyst will: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Be the expert on eliciting requirements and transforming these into clear documented requirements for business and technical resources using the appropriate formats Change Management - understand the impacts change brings to stakeholders. Leverage your experience to ensure the right communication, planning and training/engagement is in place for successful change Relationship Management - interact with stakeholders at all levels and capabilities Work with process owners, developers and PMs on IT projects to understand and enhance current systems and processes, both Agile and Waterfall Quality & Delivery hands on interest to ensure the final output meets the business expectations Create systems documentation through Word, Excel and PowerPoint Work on multiple projects simultaneously QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: A 3rd Level Qualification 6+ Years Business Analysis experience in the financial services space Solid BA experience on software development and/or data analytical projects Strong presentation skills Insurance/Reinsurance/IFRS17 experience Stamp 4 Visa or EU Passport essential Excellent MS Office experience Excellent problem-solving ability Strong communication and interpersonal skills Individual and team development is at the core of our clients success, peer learning, formal training programmes and career progression opportunities are in place for all employees.
