About the Role

You'll be part of our Business Analysis & Reporting team, where you'll work closely with our operations partners to analyze, review, and forecast data for operational and business planning. Your expertise will help us drive continuous improvement and make informed decisions that impact the healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex data, reviewing and interpreting results to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Conduct variance analyses and present findings to stakeholders, highlighting significant variances and recommendations for business solutions
  • Support analysis and interpretation of results for operational business reviews and planning, ensuring data-driven decision-making
  • Monitor performance, identifying trends and analyzing causes of major variances to inform business strategies
  • Develop and implement effective business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes
  • Produce and maintain financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
  • Develop, support, and present ad-hoc client and operational reports, ensuring timely and accurate information
  • Develop innovative approaches to achieve deliverables, leveraging expertise in business analysis and reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration, or related field, or 8+ years of directly applicable Business/Financial Analysis experience
  • Strong experience as a Business, Data, or Finance Analyst, with a proven track record of analyzing business processes and workflows
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to stakeholders
  • Experience in a leadership role, with the ability to motivate and guide team members

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in related areas; MBA (or equivalent work experience)
  • Intermediate to Advanced Tableau, Alteryx, or equivalent tool experience and aptitude for learning new BI systems
  • High standards of accuracy and precision, with a strong attention to detail
  • Highly motivated and driven individual, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
