About the Role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be a key member of our Business Analysis & Reporting team, where you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission. You will be responsible for analyzing, reviewing, and forecasting complex data to support operational and business planning, with a focus on the Co-ordination of Benefits value stream within Non-Clinical Payment Integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and review complex data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Conduct variance analyses and present findings to stakeholders
- Support the development of operational scorecards and business targets
- Develop and implement effective business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes
- Produce and maintain financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
- Develop and present ad-hoc client and operational reports
- Support multiple projects simultaneously and develop innovative approaches to achieve deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration, or related field, or 8+ years of directly applicable Business / Financial Analysis experience in lieu of the bachelor's degree
- Strong experience as a Business, Data, or Finance Analyst
- Proven experience working with relational databases and database structures
- Experience in analyzing business processes and workflows, and providing evaluations and benchmarks
- Advanced Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)
- Excellent ability to communicate analyses, including trends and opportunities, to clients and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related areas; MBA (or equivalent work experience)
- Intermediate to Advanced Tableau, Alteryx, or equivalent tool experience and aptitude for learning new BI systems
- High standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
- Highly motivated and driven individual with the ability to think creatively
