Job Description

Location/Office Policy: Central Park, Leopardstown / Hybrid Are you interested in joining our Payments & Card Issuing Change Team to deliver robust Customer First solutions and implement strategic change initiatives? What is the Role: As part of the Cards team (within the Payments & Cards Change Team) you will be responsible for managing the delivery of the Cards Change Roadmap for all IT and partner enabled Cards change. As a Senior Business analyst, you will be involved in ensuring that each change is aligned to AIB's payment strategy and be involved in shaping digital solutions that yield real value for both customers and the bank. You will be expected to analyse complex issues, understand business challenges and drive 'As Is' and 'To Be' process design to deliver solutions that align to current and future business needs. Key Accountabilities: Deliver agreed prioritised change initiatives on the AIB Cards Change Roadmap which span multiple internal and external systems and collaborate with a wide number of stakeholder communities. Work as part of a team, demonstrating a strong ability to collaborate and work through complex issues to find suitable customer focussed solutions. Demonstrate the ability to support BA functions across several projects running in parallel and within this, coach and lead other team members in the BA function. Take a proactive role in the analysis of business requirements and problems, identifying available options for consideration together with a recommend course of action and document to the required standards, methods, and tools. Work in collaboration with other Project stakeholders on significant transformational & compliance changes to ensure a quality delivery with a particular focus on the test cycle of the project. Minimum Criteria: 6+ years' experience in a Business Analyst Role with experience gained in transaction banking. Relevant professional qualification would be advantageous. Evidence of excellent relationship management skills, ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels in order to support & deliver change projects. Test expertise with experience in formulating & executing the Business Acceptance Testing strategy. Experience in problem solving and change management across multiple functional areas with the ability to drive decision making. Relevant cards products and processing knowledge desirable.
