In a nutshell, MUFG Investor Services is part of the Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, and we partner with over 480 loyal global investment firms to provide them with administration, asset services, banking and fund financing.We’re in 17 global locations and provide an exceptional hub of Brilliantly Different talent to thrive.Job DescriptionSome of the responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Collaborate across stakeholder groups to generate and document business requirements for development.Understand application systems development throughout the full product lifecycle, working with stakeholders and help manage end user expectations.Elicit, document, and maintain requirements including system interviews, functional narratives and detailed Use Cases and Use Case Scenarios.Plan and lead the business processes development and improvement sessions resulting in a full understanding of the “As-Is” and “To-Be” business processes.Responsible for data schema and data mapping of requirements.Creation of supporting product documentation.Develop scope, define and prioritise backlog items (epic/features/user stories) that guide the Agile software development team.Develop appropriately detailed specifications for product features so they are clearly understood by stakeholders and the development teams.Work with the UX team to ensure that UX and user stories are fully aligned.Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience, integrations and dependencies.QualificationsSignificant years of experience gathering requirements would be ideal.Must be able to write test documentation and procedures, tracking errors and documenting test results.Experience with system analysis and documenting all aspects of business processes, data mapping and analytics.Experience working in the alternative investment fund services is preferred.Experience working with systems like Geneva, ManTra and Investran is preferred.Experience with client facing portal development is preferred.Expert proficiency in Excel and Word.
