Enterprise People are currently seeking a Business Data Analyst for a leading Dublin city-centre based client. (Hybrid) Reporting to the IT Applications Manager, the Business Data Analyst will join the existing IT Applications team who are responsible for the delivery of a range of business & data (migration, modelling, analysis) related projects across our clients group of companies. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Data analyst to work on a broad range of interesting projects, where your skills will be applied across a wide array of disciplines including organisational change, business transformation and data Analytics. The Business Data Analyst will: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as a liaison between business and IT for assigned projects Work closely with product teams to define data requirements for migration Gather, document and understand business requirements from multiple stakeholders Work with process owners, developers and PMs on IT projects to understand and enhance current systems and processes, both Agile and Waterfall Provide expert Data knowledge (data migration, data-insights & reporting) Develop strong and effective working relationships Create systems documentation through Word, Excel and PowerPoint Work on multiple projects simultaneously QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: A 3rd Level Qualification 6+ Years experience in a Business Analysis role with at least 3 years Data Analysis experience Strong SQL and/or ETL experience Sound BA experience on software development and/or data analytical projects Excellent MS Office experience Strong presentation skills Strong financial services experience Stamp 4 Visa or EU Passport essential Strong communication and interpersonal skills BENEFITS Generous Bonus plan Continuous learning and development (BA, PM Qualifications) Stock Options Excellentpension scheme PrivateHealth Insurance Call Patrick Docherty at Enterprise People for more information.
