Senior Business Development Executive sought to drive sales of process engineering equipment to Pharma manufacturers and M&E contractors/consultants across Europe.
We are a market leader in the process engineering sector, offering a wide range of equipment and services for industries such as pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, and chemicals.
The Role
- Develop and manage relationships with Pharma manufacturers, M&E contractors and consultants across Europe
- Focus on new business development, identifying and securing opportunities in target markets
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver technical solutions tailored to client needs
- Regular travel across Europe, supported by a company car and company credit card
Requirements
- Proven experience selling to Pharma manufacturers and/or M&E contractors/consultants is essential
- Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to identify and close business opportunities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven, able to work independently and manage European territories
What We Offer
- Competitive salary between €80,000 - €100,000
