Seeking experienced Senior Business Development Managers to drive revenue growth in Financial Services, Pharma/Life Sciences, and Tech sectors.

Our client, a leading professional services firm, is building out its Business Development function and requires two highly experienced Senior Business Development Managers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans aligned with business strategy.
  • Drive best-practice account management for priority clients.
  • Identify and convert high-value opportunities through targeted sales efforts.
  • Manage pipeline, track performance, and report on revenue metrics.
  • Build strong relationships across the firm and industry to leverage synergies.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B business development, corporate or enterprise account management at a large firm or organisation.
  • Experience in the Financial Services, Pharma/Life Science or Technology industry.
  • A proven track record of driving growth in large accounts.
  • Strong commercial acumen, growth orientation, and sales focus.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and networking skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems for pipeline management and reporting.
