Our client, a leading professional services firm, is expanding its Business Development function. We are looking for two highly experienced Senior Business Development Managers to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans aligned with business strategy.
- Drive best-practice account management for priority clients.
- Identify and convert high-value opportunities through targeted sales efforts.
- Manage pipeline, track performance, and report on revenue metrics.
- Build strong relationships across the firm and industry to leverage synergies.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in B2B business development, corporate or enterprise account management at a large firm or organisation.
- Experience in the Financial Services, Pharma/Life Science or Technology industry.
- A proven track record of driving growth in large accounts.
- Strong commercial acumen, growth orientation, and sales focus.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and networking skills.
- Experience using CRM systems for pipeline management and reporting.
