€ Hybrid Reperio are working with a multi-national company in the sports industry who are seeking a skilled Senior BI Analyst to join their Insights and Data team here in Ireland. The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate data into actionable insights. You will also be responsible for driving improvements in reporting, dashboards, and data visualization, as well as mentoring junior team members to elevate the overall analytical capability of the team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus. 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field. Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, with a strong background in SQL. Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modelling, and ETL processes. Experience in collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
