Job Description
Senior Buyer responsible for obtaining materials and components, managing inventory, and ensuring the flow of materials to production.
Manage component supply and inventory levels for product lines, plan and purchase material requirements, and expedite critical inventory.
Lead supply gap analysis, identify risks, and communicate findings to stakeholders, escalate supply shortages, and evaluate suppliers.
Develop and enhance relationships with strategic suppliers, serve as primary contact, and foster positive relationships.
Coordinate early supplier involvement in product development, ensure confidentiality agreements, and manage supplier implementation.
Requirements: Level 8 degree in a related field, 5 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrated ability to develop and manage long-term strategies, SAP experience, and advanced Excel skills.
