Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement category strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets as the Senior Category Manager. Product Management: Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring a competitive and comprehensive product portfolio. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics. Supplier Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure product availability. Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to develop promotional activities and sales strategies that drive category growth.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field. MBA preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in buying or category management, preferably within the building materials or construction industry. Proven track record of developing and executing successful category strategies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
