Job Description
Senior Category Manager for Marketing Team. Drive thought leadership and unlock growth opportunities within Categories in Irish Grocery Retail trade. Manage key strategic customers, champion consumer and shopper insights, and execute leading Category Visions & Strategy.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage relationships with priority & strategic Customers
- Review and validate key customer commercial activities
- Deliver category recommendations for optimal distribution, range, space & merch layouts by channel
- Identify actionable insights to fuel annual brand planning process
- Support the development of Category Capability Framework
**Requirements:**
- Strategic thinker with passion for data, trends, consumer & shopper behaviour
- Dynamic team player with excellent communication skills
- Experience in Category Management and managing Strategic Customers
- Highly analytical with expertise in working with Category software and portals
- Proficient in Excel with comfort working with large amounts of data
