Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and creative Chef to work in a newly renovated family-friendly Gastro Lounge in the heart of Kildare.
The ideal candidate will be flexible with a can-do attitude, being open to working alongside the Head Chef and driving the business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in all sections of the kitchen and ensure smooth operation.
- Work alongside the Head Chef to maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene.
- Adhere to Health and Safety guidelines.
- Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
- Ensure all areas are clean and tidy at all times.
- Monitor stock control.
- Detailed knowledge of HACCP.
- Be flexible with working weekends and flexible shifts.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
- Food Service experience.
- HACCP knowledge.
- Food Quality and Menu Development skills.
- Culinary Skills.

- €11.00-€15.00 per hour.
- €12.50-€16.00 per hour.
