Company Details:A leading engineering and environmental consultancy providing specialist services to clients across Ireland’s property, infrastructure, and environment markets.This full-time role offers you the chance to join a busy planning and development infrastructure team and play a key role in delivering key schemes and developments across the country.About the role:In this role, you will work on medium- and large-scale property development projects across sectors such as commercial, residential, retail, and education. You will be responsible for preparing scheme designs for planning, detailed designs, and tender packages. Additionally, you will oversee on-site monitoring for roads and access, drainage, SUDs measures, water supply, and utilities infrastructure linked to building projects in Dublin and the surrounding areas.Candidate Requirements:Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Skilled in preparing technical reports to a high standard.Minimum of a Level 8 qualification in Civil Engineering.Minimum 3 years' experience in the design of civil engineering works.Detailed knowledge of the applicable design standards in Ireland.Experience in the planning and design of roads and highways, signage and markings, foul and surface water sewer networks.Knowledge of attenuation systems and pumping stations will be beneficial, as will familiarity with drainage network design software and standard traffic modelling software.Benefits:Competitive salary, commensurate with experience and ability.24 days of basic annual leave.Employer pension scheme.Comprehensive health insurance.Permanent health insurance.Life insurance coverage.Professional association membership fees and CPD fund.If this is of interest to you, please email your CV in Word format to Brook. #J-18808-Ljbffr
