Job Title: Senior Cloud Engineer/DevOps Engineer
We are seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer/DevOps Engineer to join the Cloud Platforms area within a global financial services and investment company based in Galway.
Skills and Experience
1. Hands-on experience in 2 or more programming languages (Python, Java, Go, etc.).
2. Experience designing and building scalable and resilient applications in the cloud.
3. Serverless development and architecture experience implementing Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, etc.
4. Experience delivering software using engineering best practices and principles.
5. Extensive knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform, CFT, CDK, etc.).
6. Hands-on experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery/deployment.
7. Passion for new technologies and cloud trends.
Bonus Skills
1. Cloud Certifications in AWS.
