About the Role: You will be responsible for retaining and developing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients along with assisting with the regional manager's complex client portfolio. This role is suited to a positive and proactive self-starter. Hard worker, determination and commitment will ensure your success within this role. Your Responsibilities: Achieve monthly retention target. Proactively build your sales pipeline. Become an expert in your target area. Grow and develop niche knowledge in new business sectors Proven sales and negotiation skills. Excellent customer service experience. Qualifications & Experience: CIP, APA Commercial or Grandfathered Qualification Minimum 2 years experience in a commercial insurance role (Fleets, Liability, Property etc) Salary: Fast- paced, positive and proactive sales environment.
