We are seeking a talented Performance Analyst to join our E-commerce team at a renowned American multinational software company.
The Role
As a Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing customer journey steps to identify emerging trends and anomalies, and working closely with Testing and Optimization teams to drive step changes in customer experience.
- Live the customer journey steps to identify emerging trends and anomalies
- Involved in every step of initiatives and new launches, from planning to measurement and analysis
- Align closely with Testing and Optimization teams to provide actionable test ideas and establish a catalogue of current and historical tests
Requirements
- Strong skills with SQL
- Commercial experience with data skills in E-commerce
- Commercial awareness with analytical expertise
