This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading player in the FMCG industry as a Senior Commercial Finance Analyst. Youll be responsible for preparing key financial reports, delivering critical business insights, and partnering with teams across the organization to support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities: Contribute to the execution of the Off Trade strategy while achieving target profitability. Take ownership of preparing and reviewing all necessary reports and forecasts, such as weekly updates, periodic reports, budgets, and re-forecasts for your assigned channels. Lead monthly commercial performance reviews, highlighting variances from forecasts, risks, and potential opportunities. Provide channel-specific insights, KPIs, and financial metrics to the broader Commercial Finance team and senior management. Collaborate closely with the Commercial Team, offering constructive support and guidance while fostering the right behaviours across the business. Perform in-depth analyses to ensure strategic, financial, and operational decisions align with business goals and deliver continuous value. Identify and evaluate areas for financial enhancement through thorough analysis. Assist key decision-makers with critical insights based on detailed research and evaluations. Partner with various teams across the business, beyond the Finance department. Skills & Qualifications: Fully qualified accountant (CA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or similar). Strong commercial acumen and business insight; experience in the drinks industry is a plus, though not essential. Able to distil and present complex data in a clear and accessible way, particularly to senior leaders and non-financial stakeholders. Confident in cross-functional collaboration. Skilled at managing and engaging with a diverse range of internal stakeholders. Capable of critically reviewing and challenging commercial forecasts and strategies. A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for creating value. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a strong understanding of data analysis.
