Exciting opportunity to join the commercial department as a senior negotiator. The Role:• Ability to maintain excellent relationships with clients.• Ability to develop new business.• Senior negotiator for disposals, acquisitions, sales and lettings across various commercial classes.• Demonstrate experience working with wide range of clients i.e. developers, receivers, banks and private investors.• Commercial valuation experience required – red book or blue book standard.• Competence in providing general property advice.Job RequirementsRequirements:• Holding of PSRA License.• Recognised professional body is preferable (SCSI/RICS).• Proven track record in a commercial agency.• Full clean driving license.• Strong communication, customer service skills.• Good report writing skills and attention to detail.• Knowledge of commercial landlord and tenant laws. #J-18808-Ljbffr
