**Compliance Analyst Role Summary** Compliance Analyst required to perform SOX testing, control environment maintenance, and audit coordination for Corporate Financial Services in the EMEA Region. Abbott Ireland Financial Services is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join its team in Dublin. The role will be responsible for performing SOX testing, control environment maintenance, and audit coordination for Corporate Financial Services in the EMEA Region. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform SOX testing and remediation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements * Maintain and enhance the control environment by working with process owners and shared service operations managers * Support management's evaluations of internal control over financial reporting via the Archer tool * Identify areas for internal control optimization and process improvements * Support internal and external audit teams surrounding CFS controls * Partially supervise third-party resources to ensure control environment is operating effectively * Support the review and maintenance of regional system requests for segregation of duty conflicts * Implement new mitigating controls and monitor the expiration of existing controls within SAP Environments * Support CFS initiatives and strategic programs * Perform other related duties and responsibilities that support CFS, reporting managers, and associated teams **Requirements:** * BA, BS in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience * 2-3 years relevant industry experience * Experience in SOX compliance is essential * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment * Proficient with Microsoft Excel **About the Company:** Abbott Ireland Financial Services is a leading provider of financial services in the EMEA Region.
