Job Description
Senior Compliance Programme Manager: Collaborate with Compliance specialists to shape customer experience and Compliance practices. Develop, embed and enhance policy and procedural changes to ensure Compliance across all areas.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support development, management and reporting of annual Compliance programme plans
* Own full program management lifecycles, including risk assessments, regulatory requests, and control design
* Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and set success criteria
* Advise on Compliance requirements and operationalise controls for relevant environmental and social regulations
Requirements:
* 7+ years experience in Compliance, regulatory or risk function, with ESG focus
* Experience interpreting legislation, partnering with first line to design controls
* Knowledge of root cause analysis, investigations and auditing
* Experience navigating complex environments, generating stakeholder buy-in
