Job Description
Senior Compliance Programme Manager plays a leading role in shaping the future of Compliance practices, providing strong management direction for the Compliance function with a focus on Environmental and Social (ESG) regulations, and supporting Primark in meeting its strategic goals and compliance expectations by demonstrating a commitment to achieving best practices. In this role, you will collaborate with different people across various skill sets, own full program management lifecycles, and work closely across internal teams to understand and capture requirements and set success criteria for programs that align with strategic goals. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with the business verticals to ensure full support in launching in new markets, and/or products and services in a compliant manner. The role requires a minimum of 7 years of experience working in a compliance/regulatory/risk/second-line function, with a focus on ESG, and experience in interpreting and applying legislation or regulation within a company context and partnering with the first line to design and implement controls.
