SENIOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER for new mAbs building required by CareerWise Recruitment for a new Biologics project in Limerick. Initial 24 month contract on offer. The SENIOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER will have a minimum of 10 years of work experience across major pharmaceutical start ups and experience managing project budgets from €350 - €500 million. THE ROLE: The capacity to achieve results through people. Facilitate issue resolution, anticipate scope changes, and implement safely with quality, speed and value. Must exhibit a good sense of judgment in decision making, without the need for management approval while at the same time keeping management informed and engaged on critical issues. In depth knowledge of, and experience in, the application of industry accepted project management experience. Demonstrated value for a disciplined, structured approach to project management and the ability to create and communicate progress via a metric based program. Effective communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to influence personnel and organizations without having direct administrative responsibility for them. Influence on and understanding of the external environment in order to understand comparative value and possible risks. REQUIREMENTS: Third Level Qualification or equivalent preferably in an engineering / project management field.
