Senior Project Manager
Summary: Experienced Senior Project Manager required to manage construction and fit-out projects for clients, delivering projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a variety of construction and fit-out projects for clients, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement project management strategies, monitoring day-to-day activities, managing information flow, and reporting on progress, quality, and safety.
- Lead project teams, develop and manage relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
- Develop and agree project scope, priorities, and KPIs, and ensure design teams adhere to project planning strategies.
- Prepare project plans, schedules, and reports, and manage project finances, resources, and risks.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success, and identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, and identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
- Project management professional certification or equivalent experience.
- Degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline.
- 10+ years experience project managing on a variety of projects.
- Excellent IT skills, report writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage relationships effectively, identify and resolve issues promptly, and work to tight deadlines.
Package: €90K-€110K, negotiable depending on experience.
