Job Summary: Leadership Role in Investor AML Operations
Northern Trust, a Fortune 500 company, seeks a leader to drive process efficiencies and deliver a robust AML Operations service to its client and investor base.

Role and Responsibilities
- Identify problem areas using data and propose solutions to gain efficiencies.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and partners in other Northern Trust departments.
- Work with management to ensure the Investor AML team meets the required audit, risk, and compliance standards.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of AML regulation and best practice.
- Ability to analyze workload on team and coordinate others to meet deliverables.
- Construction and delivery of MI for management or clients on an ad-hoc and scheduled basis.
- Engaging with Audit, Risk, Control, or Compliance teams as required.
Requirements
- Self-motivating with a positive can-do attitude.
- Extensive knowledge of day-to-day AML operations and requirements.
- Knowledge of Transfer Agency operations and the wider funds administration business.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate and influence across departments and functions.
- Effective risk management.
- Previous experience in an AML or similar role.
- Detailed knowledge of the AML regulatory environment.
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical skills.
