AML Compliance Specialist
Northern Trust, a globally recognized financial institution, seeks an experienced AML Compliance Specialist to join its team in Ireland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the AML compliance program for the Administrator, Depositary, and one of the Man Co entities in Ireland.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deputising for the Head of AML Compliance Ireland to execute the AML compliance program
- Representing AML Compliance Ireland at EMEA and Global AML, Compliance, and Risk forums
- Leading AML regulatory change and conducting AML/CFT and sanctions compliance activities
- Providing day-to-day advice and support to the business and key stakeholders on AML/CFT/Sanctions matters
Requirements:
- Several years' experience in an AML role, including performance of business risk assessments and suspicious transactions investigations
- Excellent knowledge of Irish and EU AML/CFT and Sanctions regulations
- Highly motivated individual with a proven record of responsibility for AML/CFT matters
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to make decisions on their own
