Senior Consultant - Fund Accounting

The Senior Consultant will be responsible for accurately reviewing and signing off NAV calculations, leading the team on cross-function process or project deliverables, and mentoring individuals and peers during projects and assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and lead systems testing and procedures in the team
• Be the technical and subject matter expert on the team and handle all specific fund requirements
• Mentor individuals and peers during projects and assignments
• Develop and maintain an understanding of the industry and keep abreast of emerging industry trends
• Instill a client service culture among staff and ensure that all clients receive a quality service
• Design and implement development plans, training plans and succession plans for all levels of staff
• Identify, assist and delegate projects/assignments and tasks to individuals and peers
• Provide progression feedback and recognition to the individuals and the project team
• Engage with key stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements
• Proactive problem solving and issue resolution

Requirements:

• Previous fund accounting experience or relevant operational/accounting experience preferred
• Detailed knowledge of Enterprise and related Fund Accounting applications preferred
• Ability to implement interfaces with other systems
• Strong communication, first-class presentation and internal and external client-servicing skills
• Good prioritization, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively
• Excellent PC skills especially MS Excel
