We look for team members that care deeply about EVERSANA, our people, clients, and the patients we serve.Job DescriptionTHE POSITION:The Senior Consultant, Global Pricing and Access position’s responsibilities include delivering client consultancy projects and managing project-related analytics, data, and tools available through our industry platforms, Pricentric and PriceRight. The Senior Consultant will ensure that client projects are delivered to schedule while maintaining the highest level of quality and value expectations.As a Senior Consultant, you will support research and lead analysis focused on pricing, market access launch strategy, competitor research, value-based pricing analyses, HTAs, and more. The applicant should be experienced in leading client analyses, identifying client needs & problems, implementing data-driven solutions, and managing their team’s workload to complete client deliverables. The Senior Consultant must be able to manage small teams and present project results to clients efficiently.The role is remote-based (full-time position), ideally located in Poland, Ireland, Switzerland, or the UK, but it could also be located in Spain, Portugal, Germany, or Italy. The job holder must be legally eligible to work in the European Union or in the UK.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Support the design, development, and delivery of client analyses & deliverables.Develop client reports and presentations and deliver findings to clients. Ensure follow-up with clients after project deliverable completion to ensure satisfaction.Leverage business experience in identifying strategic alternatives and project approaches to client questions.Support the development of intellectual property for future engagements.Develop broader knowledge of consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical markets through experience and training.Maintain high attention to quality and detail with strong written and spoken English.Possess excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills for effective presentations.Manage independently workstreams of complex projects.Oversee all operative aspects of the project directly with the client.Manage and train junior staff members on the project.Handle up to 3-4 projects simultaneously.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.EXPECTATIONS OF THE JOB:Travel: 25% InternationalHours: Minimum of 40 hours per weekThe above list reflects the general details necessary to describe the expectations of the position and shall not be construed as the only expectations that may be assigned for the position.QualificationsMINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:B.S./B.A in relevant field required.5-7 years of pharmaceutical or medical/health industry-related experience required.A demonstrated ability to lead and own personal projects.History of managing small teams of 2-3 persons.Strong conceptual, analytic, and problem-solving skills.Excellent project management skills.Solid understanding of pharmaceutical business practices.Working knowledge of the market research development process.Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Willingness and ability to travel approximately 10-20% of the time.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS, MPH).Background in International Pricing and Market Access, analytics, and modelling/forecasting.4+ years of management consulting experience.Additional InformationPatient Minded: I act with the patient’s best interest in mind.Client Delight: I own every client experience and its impact on results.Take Action: I am empowered and hold myself accountable.Embrace Diversity: I create an environment of awareness and respect.Grow Talent: I own my development and invest in the development of others.Win Together: I connect passionately to achieve results.Communication Matters: I create transparent, thoughtful, and timely dialogue.Always Innovate: I am bold and creative in everything I do. #J-18808-Ljbffr
