The company provides strategic advice with a commercial focus and has delivered planning approvals for schemes of various sizes across all development sectors including energy, infrastructure, residential, retail, commercial, healthcare, tourism, and leisure.About the RoleWe have an opportunity for a Senior level Planning Consultant to join our Dublin office. The successful candidate will be required to manage their own projects, contribute to the management of planning applications and appeals, prepare planning appraisals and development plan submissions, carry out research, and generally play an active role in all of the planning consultancy aspects of our business.About YouApplicants will need to be based in our Dublin office; however, we provide a range of hybrid working arrangements. Applicants should have an IPI or RTPI accredited degree/postgraduate qualification in Town Planning, with at least 5 years of postgraduate professional experience in Ireland. The successful candidate will be ambitious and commercially minded, show attention to detail, and possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
