**Key Responsibilities:**
* Hold and take responsibility for a functional workstream in global transformation projects and track deliverables and milestones.
* Prepare and host client workshops to detect client needs and challenges.
* Gather necessary information and ensure stakeholders are involved and aligned.
* Co-create and design playbooks with clients to drive transformation and growth.
**Requirements:**
* Master's degree in engineering or economics.
* MBA is a plus.
* At least 4-8 years of experience in supply chain & operations, with at least 2 years in consulting or project management.
* Experience with planning activities.
* Fluent in English.
* Strong team player with initiative and personal and professional growth goals.
