Job Description

Experience in financial services is highly desirable for this role, as the successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new clients, launching new funds, and completing fund mergers and transitions in a timely and accurate manner. They will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process, review documentation, and provide input to process improvements and efficiencies. The candidate will also be expected to maintain a good understanding of Transfer Agency systems and participate in knowledge shares. Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills are required, as well as prior client services and/or project management experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive, have a focused attitude towards work, and be able to consistently meet deadlines while ensuring a high focus on accuracy.

*Key responsibilities include:*
• Working with clients to understand standard Transfer Agency Services and addressing any deviations
• Delivering new business to Transfer Agency in a controlled and efficient manner
• Managing multiple projects end-to-end, from gathering requirements through to sign off
• Reviewing documentation such as prospectus, supplements, and Service Level Agreements, and providing feedback to clients
• Ensuring prospectus information and procedures are correctly translated into operating systems
• Attending client meetings to provide input and assistance in the onboarding process
• Maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders in the business
• Providing input to process improvements and efficiencies within the team

*Requirements include:*
• Several years' experience in financial services
• Knowledge and experience within the transfer agency business
• Prior client services and/or project management experience
• Ability to work on own initiative within a team
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience reviewing Legal and Regulatory documents
• Initiative and enthusiasm to set and achieve goals
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Proactive and focused attitude towards work
