**Senior Content Adversarial Red Team Analyst** Google is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the team's efforts in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating content risks and AI regulatory readiness. Google is a global technology leader that organizes the world's information and makes it universally accessible and useful. The company's Trust & Safety team is responsible for identifying and taking on the biggest problems that challenge the safety and integrity of Google's products. **Key Responsibilities:** • Lead and guide the team's efforts in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating content risks and AI regulatory readiness. • Develop and execute innovative red team strategies to identify emerging threats and design targeted testing approaches in the emerging GenAI/AI regulatory space. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product functionality, potential vulnerabilities, and develop actionable solutions. • Guide and support the development of analysts, sharing knowledge and expertise to build a high-performing team. • Conduct analysis of issues, providing clear recommendations for decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, 7 years of experience in a consulting or customer-facing role, and experience in conveying technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. **Preferred Qualifications:** • Master's degree in computer science, information security, artificial intelligence, or a related field. • Experience in AI or technology regulatory readiness and understanding AI systems, machine learning, and their potential risks. • Experience in adversarial testing, red teaming, GenAI/AI safety, GenAI/AI ethics, or responsibility. • Understanding of content moderation policies and best practices. • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence and inspire others. • Proficiency in multiple languages, especially those relevant to Google's global user base.
