Job Description
Senior Contracts Manager required for residential projects in Cork City and County. Assist commercial team, provide technical leadership, and monitor project progress.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist commercial team in planning, tendering, and delivery of developments
- Provide specialist technical leadership
- Plan project resourcing and monitor against budgets
- Implement best practice in project controls and performance management
- Monitor sub-contractor performance and determine labour requirements
- Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders
- Manage company Health & Safety files and other important documents
- Attend site meetings and conduct regular site visits
Ideal Candidate:
- 10-15 years experience as Senior Project Manager, Contracts or Construction Manager
- Experience in large scale residential & commercial projects in Ireland or the UK
- Third level qualification in Construction or Engineering discipline
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Liaise with local government, ESB, Irish Water, and planning authorities
- Proficient IT and report writing skills
