Senior Contracts Manager - Residential job in Cork City & County, Ireland.
€90-120k salary, vehicle, pension, bonus.
Leading residential projects in Cork City & County, delivering 1000+ homes in 2-3 years.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist commercial team in planning, tendering and delivery of developments
* Provide specialist technical leadership
* Plan project resourcing and monitor against budgets
* Implement best practice in project controls, performance management and Project Reporting
* Monitor sub-contractor performance and determine labour requirements
* Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders
* Manage company Health & Safety files, Homebond applications and documents
* Attend site meetings and conduct regular site visits
Ideal Candidate:
* 10-15 years experience as Senior Project Manager, Contracts or Construction Manager
* Experience in large scale residential & commercial projects in Ireland or the UK
* Third level qualification in Construction or Engineering
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
* Experience working with local government, ESB, Irish Water and planning authorities
* Proficient IT and report writing skills
