A leading Construction Company in Ireland seeks a Senior Contracts Manager to oversee project commercial plans, ensure cost effectiveness, and manage procurement and supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Propose design changes to improve savings and construction programme.
- Prepare commercial monitor reconciliations and identify areas of overspend or savings.
- Develop and implement project commercial plans.
- Provide advice and feedback to senior management.
- Manage financial administration and procurement.
- Implement effective change control systems and recovery strategies.
- Manage contractual documentation and commercial-related aspects.
- Participate in site project meetings and discuss commercial matters.
