Senior Contracts Manager - ResidentialLocation: Cork City & CountySalary: €90-120k, vehicle, pension, bonusOur client is fast becoming a leader in the delivery of high quality residential projects in Cork City and County. With several high profile projects already underway, they require a Senior Contracts Manager to help them with the next phase of projects which will see them deliver close to 1000 homes in the next 2-3 years.Main Responsibilities:Assisting the commercial team in the planning, tendering and delivery of all developmentsProviding specialist technical leadershipPlanning resourcing of projects and monitoring against budgetsImplementation of best practice in project controls, performance management, and Project ReportingMonitoring sub-contractor performance and determining labour requirementsLiaising with local authorities and stakeholdersBeing responsible for company Health & Safety files, Homebond applications and other important documentsAttending weekly/monthly site meetingsRegular site visits with and on behalf of the construction director to monitor the progress of several projectsIdeal Candidate:10-15 years experience as Senior Project Manager, Contracts or Construction ManagerExperience in large scale residential & commercial projects in Ireland or the UKPossess a third level qualification in a Construction or Engineering disciplineStrong commercial acumen and negotiation skillsExperience liaising with local government, ESB, Irish Water and planning authoritiesHave proficient IT and report writing skillsMorgan McKinley is acting as an Employment Agency. #J-18808-Ljbffr
