**Job Description:**
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, combined with 10+ years of experience and a proven track record as a Control Systems Project Engineer II or equivalent. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and mentoring teams during system start-up and commissioning
- Expertise in reading and interpreting piping & instrumentation diagrams and wiring diagrams
- Proficiency in Human-Machine Interface (HMI) and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) applications
- Maintaining the company's Quality Management System (QMS)
- Designing complex control systems and providing instrumentation specifications
- Value engineering specifications to provide cost-effective solutions
- Leading detailed design of complex Information Technology (IT) systems, network infrastructure, and computer system designs
- Authoring complex design documents

- Communicating effectively with customers in a positive and proactive manner
- Following customer-specific site standards and procedures
- Providing excellent customer care and support
- Being patient, attentive, and responsive to customer needs
**Project Responsibilities:**
- Completing assigned tasks accurately, on schedule, and under budget
- Leading individual project-related tasks and/or large projects in their entirety
- Assuming ultimate responsibility for the successful completion of projects or tasks
- Identifying changes in scope to overall projects and/or tasks
- Providing support on other projects or tasks led by others
**Supervisory Responsibilities:**
- Directing and overseeing junior or subordinate staff members regarding construction, operations, and/or maintenance tasks and assignments at a project site
