Seeking a Services Coordinator Lead to oversee daily operations, provide administrative support, and coordinate educational programs and volunteer activities in a leading voluntary organisation in Dublin.
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of a busy office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to various teams, contributing to program delivery and overall success.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, maintaining a well-stocked and organised work environment.
- Coordinate educational programs and volunteer activities, fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in office coordinator role (or similar).
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with colleagues, volunteers and external stakeholders.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably within a non-profit or mental health organisation.
- Passion for mental health and a commitment to making a positive impact on the community.
Remuneration package: €35,000-€40,000 per annum, pension after probation, and limited parking availability.
