Senior Cost Manager

You will be responsible for managing the tender/bid process, analyzing tenders/bids to ensure client value for money, assisting in the preparation and agreement of final accounts, and creating estimates and cost plans for key client developments.

About the Role:

This is a senior role that requires experience as a senior cost manager, ideally from a consultancy background, with experience in pre-contract cost management, budget control, and cost planning.

The ideal candidate will be a chartered cost manager or on the path to completion, with a degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline.
