Job Description

Actively participate in the tender/bid process from initial tender/bid documentation
through analysis and reporting, and manage the change management process.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze tenders/bids to ensure client value for money
Assist in the preparation and agreement of final accounts, including handling claims
Create estimates and cost plans for key client developments
Oversee project spend by creating valuations and cost reports
Support nimble project management and clear decisions through excellent cost documentation
Foster top performance and growth for employees via excellent mentorship and leadership

Requirements:
5 years of experience as a senior cost manager, preferably from a consultancy background
Experience in pre-contract cost management, budget control, cost planning, and preparing change forms
Chartered or on the path to completion
Degree in project management or construction discipline
Excellent communication and leadership skills
