Job Summary:
As a Senior Crew Member, you'll lead by example in delivering excellent customer service, supporting team operations, and mentoring junior staff.
Youll help ensure smooth daily operations, maintain high standards, and create a positive atmosphere.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the team to provide outstanding customer service.
Train and support junior staff members.
Assist in managing food service, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues.
Ensure smooth shift transitions and till reconciliation.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role, ideally in a senior position.
Right to work in Ireland is a must.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends.
